I’ve always had great luck with Air tech. Most recently, I had my boiler refurbished and Sean did an excellent and thorough job of laying out all my options, and the costs associated with each, as well as eventual considerations down the road. He does a great job explaining everything, and I’m left with a feeling of confidence in the work, as is usually the case. Thanks!

First time customer and extremely happy with my service from the team. They were prompt, professional, transparent, and offered great customer service. Very happy with my experience and highly recommended. I called late in the evening, spoke to a person and booked a service call for the following day. The next day, the technician, Jesse, gave me a courtesy call 10 minutes out, and he arrived promptly at 8am. Jesse worked quickly and efficiently, and thankfully was able to resolve the issue and give me the outcome I was hoping for.
Air Tech installed a new furnace, a/c, hot water tank and humidifier at our place in 2016. I was not sure if the humidifier was working properly so I called them at like 7:00 pm for some advice. He asked a few questions and mentioned changing the filter which I did not know needed to be done. He offered to swing by (next day) and walk me through how to do this and only charged me for the part!! I gave these guys a 5 star review when they did a terrific job replacing all of our old equipment. Nice to see that they are still dominating from a customer service, product and quality front. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere Toronto furnace stands behind their work and provides top notch customer service.
We hired Air Tech for a very tricky furnace replacement, replacing two 38 year old furnaces in a very small space in an older home, plus adding air conditioning as well. Alan took the time to do a thorough estimate and work through all the details (a very on standard\ job) and Ryan who lead the job was amazing. The folks in the office and the ones who installed the AC were also super polite and professional. The attention to detail and pride these guys have in their trade definitely shows. We are happy to say that our gas bill is down by at least 1/3 with our new high efficiency furnaces and the models that they chose fit great in our small furnace room. Thanks team for your hard work
I had a very pleasant experience yesterday as the technician sent in was very knowledgeable and willing to let me shadow to help to understand what the issue was concerning our commercial boiler . I feel the customer service was top notch and would recommend to any associate looking for assistance in these specialized areas. The pricing provided was very reasonable compared to other companies. Thank you very much for the quick response and thoroughness in regards to our boiler.
